Every creation—from delicate bridal bouquets and Japanese origami money garlands to multi-tiered wedding trousseau trunks—is custom made-to-order. Because our items are handcrafted rather than factory mass-produced, subtle natural variations in petal shapes, ribbon dye textures, and handcrafted paper folds reflect authentic artisanal luxury.
2. Money Garlands & Currency Integrity Policy
Bloom&blush is celebrated across Pune and Maharashtra for crafting luxury groom currency garlands (Note Haar), currency bouquets, and shagun origami bouquets using authentic Indian currency notes. Our currency crafting strictly adheres to the highest legal and ethical standards:
The Bloom&blush Zero-Damage Currency Pledge
In strict compliance with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Clean Note Policy, our studio guarantees that NO currency note is ever stapled, pierced with pins, cut, punctured, glued, taped, or chemically defaced. Every single banknote is secured using non-invasive acid-free sleeves, archival tension bands, or precision origami folding. After the wedding ceremony, all banknotes can be detached smoothly without damage and spent or deposited as 100% valid legal tender.
- Currency Provision Options:
- Client-Supplied Notes: Clients may provide crisp, uncirculated bank notes directly at our Pune studio. Notes are counted, verified, and logged in the client's presence or via photo/video confirmation.
- Studio Procurement Assistance: Upon client request and subject to bank availability, Bloom&blush can facilitate fresh bank bundles on your behalf. Currency face value must be transferred 100% upfront via bank transfer or UPI.
- Pricing Transparency Breakdown: Every money garland quotation is divided into two distinct components: (1) Currency Face Value (pass-through exact sum of notes used, e.g. ₹5,000, ₹10,000, ₹25,000, or ₹50,000), and (2) Studio Artistry & Crafting Fee (silk ribbons, metallic zari, brocade neckbands, velvet accent florals, and protective storage box).
- Counting & Handover Protocol: Before sealing any currency creation, the studio conducts a dual-count video log showing the exact note quantity. Upon local delivery or studio pickup, the client or authorized representative must sign or WhatsApp-acknowledge receipt of the verified count.
3. Artisanal Fresh Floral Bouquets & Perishable Care
Fresh flowers are living, perishable botanicals sourced directly from select flower farms in Maharashtra, Bangalore, and international Dutch flower auctions.
Seasonal Substitution Rule
Specific blooms (e.g. peonies, ranunculus, imported hydrangeas) are subject to weather and market availability. If a bloom is unavailable, we substitute with flowers of equal or higher value adhering strictly to your color palette.
24–48 Hour Booking Notice
Bridal bouquets and celebration florals require at least 24 to 48 hours advance booking so our florists can condition blooms to reach peak aesthetic opening at your event.
Post-Delivery Hydration Care
Fresh bouquets travel with a temporary water reservoir or hydration wrap. Once received, trim stems at a 45° angle, place in cool fresh water, and keep away from direct sunlight or AC airflow.
Because cut flowers naturally age over 3 to 7 days depending on room temperature and hydration care, Bloom&blush cannot be held liable for premature wilting resulting from flowers being kept in unconditioned cars, under intense stage spotlights, or without fresh water after delivery.
4. Customized Hampers, Trousseau Trays & Personalization
Our bespoke hampers, bridal trousseau packing, and shagun platters incorporate custom handcrafted elements, monogrammed laser-cut acrylics, hand-lettered calligraphy, and gourmet accompaniments:
- Client Proof Verification: Prior to engraving acrylic lids, laser-cutting wooden initials, or printing custom greeting cards, the studio sends digital proofs via WhatsApp. The client is solely responsible for confirming exact spellings of names, dates, and celebratory messages. The studio is not liable for errors present in the client-approved brief.
- Edible & Gourmet Items: Artisanal chocolates, dry fruit assortments, cookies, or honey jars included in gift hampers are sourced from certified FSSAI vendors in sealed packaging. Clients must ensure hampers containing chocolates or confectionery are stored in air-conditioned environments (under 22°C) prior to gifting.
- Structural Rigidity: Glass cloches, acrylic trays, and velvet trunks are inspected prior to dispatch. Hand-delivery is strongly advised within Pune and PCMC to protect crystal finishes and mirror bases.
5. Botanical Resin Flower & Varmala Preservation

Natural Color Evolution: Flowers undergo specialized chemical-free dehydration before resin casting. Natural pigments evolve during dehydration: deep red roses naturally darken to vintage wine/burgundy tones; bright white flowers transition to soft ivory or antique cream; orchids may shift slightly in translucency. This organic chromatic transition is a natural hallmark of botanical science, not a flaw.
- Handover Speed: Wedding varmalas must be handed over to our Pune studio within 24 to 48 hours following the wedding ceremony. Bouquets must be kept in cool, refrigerated conditions (never frozen) prior to handover. Wilted, brown, or decaying blooms cannot be restored.
- 3 to 4 Week Curing Timeline: Premium resin preservation requires 21 to 30 days for complete moisture extraction, chemical degassing, multi-layer pouring, thermal cure cycling, and optical bevel polishing. Rush orders cannot override resin chemical cure times, as rushing risks cloudiness or bubbles.
- Micro-Bubble Authenticity: Our studio uses commercial vacuum degassing to remove trapped air. However, because real organic flower petals release microscopic air molecules as resin cures around them, minute micro-bubbles may naturally remain near petal textures. These celebrate authentic handmade casting.

8. Order Booking, Advance Payments & Invoicing
To secure your crafting calendar slot and prevent wedding season scheduling conflicts:
- Booking Confirmation: An order is deemed formally confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance token payment and written confirmation via WhatsApp or email. Verbal or tentative inquiries do not reserve materials or dates.
- Standard Advance Deposit: A minimum 50% advance non-refundable deposit is required for all floral arrangements, hampers, keepsakes, and trousseau designs to procure premium fresh blooms, bespoke ribbons, and custom laser-cut wood/acrylic elements.
- Balance Settlement: The remaining 50% balance must be settled prior to doorstep courier dispatch or at the time of studio collection in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune.
- Accepted Payment Modes: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), IMPS/NEFT bank transfers, and verified payment links. We do not accept credit card details over the telephone.
9. Bespoke Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refund Exclusions
In accordance with modern consumer protection frameworks and Indian commercial law:
- Exclusion of Bespoke & Perishable Returns: Under Section 2(47) of the Consumer Protection Act, goods made to the consumer's personalized specifications (customized names, monogrammed tags, date-specific florals, folded currency garlands, dried memory resin) or goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly (fresh flowers) are strictly exempt from standard return and refund policies.
- Order Cancellation by Client:
- Before Production: If cancelled more than 7 days prior to the event date and before materials/flowers have been procured, the advance deposit may be converted into a studio credit voucher valid for 6 months.
- After Production Has Begun: Once flowers are conditioned, currency is folded, acrylic is cut, or resin is poured, orders cannot be cancelled and deposits are non-refundable.
- Wedding Date Rescheduling: In the event of unforeseen wedding date changes, Bloom&blush will accommodate the new date free of charge provided written notice is given at least 5 business days in advance, subject to studio calendar availability. For fresh flowers, additional charges may apply if replacement flowers must be repurchased for the revised date.
10. Delivery, Studio Handover & Transit Protocols
We employ rigorous logistics protocols tailored to the delicate nature of artisanal florals and precious currency garlands:
- Pune & PCMC Local Deliveries: Delivered via trusted point-to-point vehicle couriers or dedicated studio staff across Pimpri-Chinchwad, Baner, Wakad, Hinjawadi, Aundh, Kothrud, Kalyani Nagar, Viman Nagar, Magarpatta, and surrounding PMRDA regions. Specific delivery time slots (e.g., morning 10 AM before baraat) must be requested at booking.
- Studio Self-Pickup: Clients are warmly welcome to inspect and collect their creations directly from our studio in Pimpri-Chinchwad by appointment.
- Pan-India Courier Dispatch: Everlasting preserved rose cloches, resin frames, and non-perishable luxury gift hampers are dispatched via express courier partners. Shipments are packaged with multi-layer high-density bubble cushioning, custom foam corner guards, and heavy-gauge corrugated outer boxes.
11. Transit Damage & Mandatory 360° Unboxing Video Protocol
While our break-resistant packaging maintains a 99.8% safe transit record across India, courier handling is subject to strict transit insurance protocols:

To qualify for transit claims or studio repairs on items shipped via external courier, the recipient must record an uninterrupted, single-take 360° video while opening the parcel, showing the outer shipping label, sealed tape, box condition, and package contents being removed. This video must be shared via WhatsApp (+91 81808 79442) within 6 hours of delivery. Claims submitted without an unboxing video cannot be entertained by courier insurance underwriters.
12. Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability & Pune Law
Intellectual Property: All original photography, video reels, graphic artwork, brand trademarks, logos ("Bloom&blush", "B&b"), and floral designs displayed on blushnbloomm.in and official social accounts are the exclusive intellectual property of Siddhi Kokate. Unauthorized commercial reproduction, scraping, or misrepresentation is strictly prohibited.
Force Majeure: Bloom&blush shall not be liable for delivery delays or failures arising from causes beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather events, natural disasters, state-wide road blockades, unexpected flower market shutdowns, or regional courier service disruptions.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of your relationship with Bloom&blush shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of India. The courts of Pune, Maharashtra shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction.
