Clause 01 • Core Architectural Reality

1. Non-Transactional Website & Portfolio Nature

Bloom&blush operates the website blushnbloomm.in primarily as a digital design gallery, creative showcase, and client discovery portal.

Because no monetary transactions ever pass through or are captured by blushnbloomm.in, no automated refunds, online gateway chargebacks, or digital payment reversals can be executed through this website. All commercial transactions, advance tokens, balance settlements, and potential refunds occur through direct, verified studio channels.

Clause 02 • Direct Business Execution

2. Direct Offline & Studio Transaction Protocol

All orders are executed through direct, transparent 1-on-1 consultations:

• Direct Negotiation & Customization: Every creation is tailored to the client's specific wedding attire colors, currency denomination choices, personalized calligraphy names, and delivery date availability.
• Direct Payment Channels: Payments are transacted directly between the client and studio administration via:
  • Direct UPI transfers (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) to the verified studio account.
  • Direct IMPS / NEFT electronic bank transfers.
  • Direct in-person cash handover at our Pune studio (specifically for currency notes intended for Money Garlands).
• Order Confirmation: An order is legally formalized only when Siddhi Kokate confirms receipt of the agreed advance token via WhatsApp message or formal invoice receipt.

Clause 03 • Advance Token Policy

3. Advance Token Deposits & Cancellation Windows

To reserve calendar production slots during peak Maharashtra wedding and festival seasons, and to procure bespoke materials, a minimum 50% advance token deposit is required upon design finalization.

4. Money Garlands: Currency Face Value vs. Crafting Fee

Because our currency creations involve genuine Reserve Bank of India banknotes, our refund policy strictly distinguishes between Currency Face Value and Studio Crafting Fees:

• Cancellation Before Note Assembly: If the order is cancelled before our artisan begins folding or mounting notes into protective sleeves, 100% of the currency face value is returned immediately via UPI/bank transfer or in-person cash handover at our Pune atelier.
• Cancellation After Garland is Assembled: If the garland has already been completed, the physical currency notes remain completely undamaged. The client receives the complete garland containing 100% of the currency notes, which can be detached without penalty. However, the studio craftsmanship fee (silk ribbons, metallic zari, brocade neckband, velvet florals, and labor) is non-refundable.

Clause 05 • Product-Specific Policy

5. Perishable Fresh Florals & Personalized Hampers

In accordance with Indian commercial standards and Section 2(47) of the Consumer Protection Act:

• Perishable Cut Flowers: Fresh bridal bouquets and celebration blooms are sourced from select flower farms in Bangalore, Pune, and international Dutch auctions specifically for your date. Once flowers are harvested, hydrated, and arranged, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded post-delivery.
• Custom Monogrammed Hampers: Gift hampers featuring personalized laser-cut initials, engraved acrylic lids, custom family name plaques, or hand-lettered calligraphy cards are created exclusively for the recipient. Once laser-engraving or calligraphy begins, personalized items are strictly non-refundable.
• Confectionery & Gourmet Items: Chocolates, dry fruit jars, and gourmet delights included in celebration hampers follow strict food hygiene regulations and cannot be returned once dispatched.

6. Botanical Resin Flower & Varmala Preservation

Resin flower preservation is an irreversible scientific and artistic commitment:

• Dehydration Phase: Once wedding varmalas or sentimental bouquets are dismantled and placed into chemical-free silica drying chambers, the moisture removal process cannot be reversed. Cancellations after dehydration has commenced are non-refundable.
• Resin Pouring & Curing: Premium crystal resin casting involves permanent chemical polymerization requiring 3 to 4 weeks. Once liquid resin is poured over dehydrated flowers, the block cannot be undone, reused, or refunded.
• Natural Botanical Variations: Natural organic color shifts (red roses deepening into rich wine/maroon hues, white flowers aging to vintage cream) and microscopic petal air bubbles are intrinsic natural traits of authentic resin art and do not constitute grounds for refund.

Clause 07 • Client-Friendly Flexibility

7. Event Date Rescheduling & Studio Credit Policy

We understand that Indian weddings and milestone celebrations can occasionally require sudden date adjustments due to family emergencies, weather conditions, or venue changes:

• 5 Business Days Prior Notice: Provide written notice via WhatsApp at least 5 business days before the original scheduled date. We will transfer your advance deposit to your revised date, subject to studio calendar availability.
• Fresh Florals Adjustment: If fresh perishable flowers had already been conditioned for your original date and cannot be kept fresh until the revised date, the client is responsible only for the actual replacement cost of fresh replacement stems.
• Studio Credit Vouchers: If a revised date cannot be determined immediately, the advance deposit (less any non-reusable personalized materials already cut) is converted into a Bloom&blush Studio Credit Voucher valid for 6 months across any product collection.

Clause 08 • Claims & Timelines

8. Resolution Process, Transit Claims & Refund Timelines

Because all transactions are managed directly by studio administration:

• How to Request a Resolution: Contact Siddhi Kokate directly on WhatsApp at +91 81808 79442 with your order details and reason for cancellation or rescheduling.
• Pan-India Transit Damage Claims: For couriered items (preserved rose cloches, resin frames, dry hampers), a mandatory continuous 360° unboxing video must be submitted via WhatsApp within 6 hours of courier delivery. Upon verification, the studio provides free repair, replacement, or partial credit.
• Direct Refund Processing Time: When an eligible cash or token refund is approved directly by Siddhi Kokate, the payment is executed directly via original UPI ID or direct IMPS bank transfer within 3 to 5 business days.
